Before a session

If a confirmed session must move, contact us as early as possible. Available alternatives depend on the agreed format and notice period.

Booked work

Fees, cancellation conditions and any refund arrangement for paid work are included in the relevant written booking confirmation. The static archive form does not process payments.

Digital material

Where a specific download is purchased elsewhere, its terms appear at checkout. No direct purchase is completed through this site.
